Order Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering our event hosted by High Life Events. Please carefully review this Order Cancellation Policy before making a purchase.

Cancellation by Attendee

  1. Refund Policy: Tickets purchased for our event are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by High Life Events.
  2. Cancellation Deadline: Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than 15 days before the scheduled event date. Requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Cancellation Request: To cancel your order, please contact us at Ensure to include your order details, such as the order number and attendee information, in your cancellation request.
  4. Refund Process: If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Cancellation by High Life Events

  1. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that High Life Events cancels the event for any reason, attendees will be notified via email using the contact information provided during the ticket purchase process.
  2. Refund Options: High Life Events will make reasonable efforts to provide refunds to attendees for canceled events. Refunds may be issued in full or partial, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.
